    1. Service Provider Identification
    These General Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by:
    Raft’Ubaye
    Guillaume Mary
    State-certified Canoe-Kayak Instructor & related disciplines
    Certified Fishing Guide

    (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”)

    2. Purpose
    These Terms and Conditions define the framework under which the Provider offers white-water sports activities and fly-fishing guiding services to individuals and groups.
    Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the client.

    3. Services Offered
    The Provider notably offers:
    • guided trips in rafting, kayak, packraft and canoe
    • fly-fishing guiding in mountain environments
    • coaching, initiation sessions and advanced instruction
    The content, duration and location of the services are agreed upon at the time of booking.

    4. Participation Requirements
    Activities are open to any participant who:
    • has a physical condition compatible with the activity
    • can swim (required for rafting and kayaking trips)
    • follows all safety instructions given by the Provider
    Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless prior written agreement is given.

    5. Booking
    Bookings may be made:
    • by telephone or after direct contact with the Provider
    A booking becomes confirmed once validated by the Provider and, where applicable, after payment of a deposit.

    6. Prices and Payment Terms
    Prices are expressed in euros (€) and communicated before booking.
    Unless otherwise stated:
    • payment may be made in cash, bank transfer, or any other accepted method
    • the balance is payable on the day of the activity
    Prices do not include, unless explicitly stated:
    • the mandatory fishing permit
    • the client’s travel expenses to the meeting point
    • meals and personal expenses

    7. No Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

    8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    Cancellation by the Client
    Any cancellation must be reported as soon as possible.
    If cancellation occurs 15 days before the activity, the deposit paid will be retained.
    In case of no-show, the full amount of the service remains due.
    Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Provider
    The Provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone the activity for safety reasons, including:
    • adverse weather conditions
    • unsuitable water levels
    • force majeure
    In such cases, a new date will be proposed.

    9. Safety and Liability
    The Provider undertakes to supervise activities in accordance with safety regulations.
    The client agrees to:
    • strictly follow all instructions given
    • use the safety equipment provided
    • inform the Provider of any relevant medical condition
    The Provider cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from:
    • failure to follow instructions
    • reckless or dangerous behaviour
    • loss or damage to personal belongings

    10. Insurance
    The Provider is covered by professional liability insurance with MAIF.
    Clients are strongly advised to hold personal insurance covering outdoor activities, including fishing and kayaking.

    11. Image Rights
    Unless the client objects before the activity, the Provider is authorised to use photos or videos taken during the activity for communication and promotional purposes, without time limitation or financial compensation.

    12. Personal Data
    Personal data collected is used exclusively for managing the commercial relationship.
    In accordance with GDPR regulations, clients have the right to access, correct or delete their personal data.

    13. Applicable Law and Disputes
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
    In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
